AnyTrack Real-Time Tracking System
Is my location information secure?
Yes. Our AnyTrack.net web site uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to ensure that your login and tracking information is kept safe.

Will AnyTrack devices work in my area?
Visit the Network Coverage page and enter the zip code of the area in which you will be using the AnyTrack GPS-100. The system will tell you if there is coverage there.

What software do I need to install to start tracking my device?
You dont need to install any software. The AnyTrack.net software works in any web browser, as long as you have at least Adobe Flash Player 9.0 installed.

Do I connect my AnyTrack device to my computer in order to use the tracking system?
No. AnyTrack GPS trackers are live which means they transmit their location information wirelessly, in real-time. Just log into AnyTrack.net 24/7 to find your device location.

Can I have more than 1 tracking device on the system?
Yes! Our AnyTrack.net system allows you to track multiple items simultaneously.

How can I tell the difference between my tracking devices?
You can attach different names and icons to each AnyTrack GPS-100 or GPS-130 device.

I checked the Sprint coverage map why does my zip code show as green with white dots?
By the legend, this means "signal strength information unavailable". Usually, in areas with this sort of coverage there is very spotty Sprint cellular coverage.

How do AnyTrack devices track indoors? Don't all GPS devices require a 'line of sight' to the sky?
AnyTrack devices are unique because they utilize both GPS and cellular signals to determine location. When AnyTrack devices cannot access GPS signals they switche to cellular signals and use them to determine location.

Can I use AnyTrack devices to track my checked baggage or air shipments?
Regulations regarding GPS devices and their use while in flight are up to the individual airline, and in some cases, the individual pilots. Please contact your airline or shipper to determine their policies.

What are the different accuracy levels?
When your device gets located, it also tells the system how accurate it is. This rating is based on many factors, including coverage, line of sight, and the device's battery level.
Very High: within 0 to 50 meters
High: within 50 to 500 meters
Medium: within 500 to 2000 meters
Low: beyond 2000 meters

Which online mapping software is used and how often is it updated?
We use ESRI for North American customers. It is updated quarterly.
