Is my AnyTrack GPS-100 guaranteed?
Your AnyTrack device is covered by a product warranty from AnyDATA Corporation. AnyDATA warrants that its products are free from material defects and faulty workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase. You can find full details of the product warranty here.
Is my AnyTrack GPS-130 guaranteed?
Your AnyTrack GPS-100 is covered by a product warranty from AnyDATA Corporation. Other elements of the GPS-130 are not covered.
If my device is defective, when will AnyTrack send me a replacement device?
First contact AnyTrack Customer Service to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) so that you can return your device to AnyTrack. AnyTrack will ship a device to the address you provide one to three business days after receiving your defective product.
Who is responsible for shipping?
AnyTrack customers are responsible for shipping the defective unit to AnyTrack. AnyTrack is not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen.
Do I need to send the box, manuals, and power adapter when returning my GPS-100 to AnyTrack?
First contact AnyTrack Customer Service to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) so that you can return your device to AnyTrack. You must return the original box intact with all components (device, charger, battery, instructions, etc.) All components must be in like-new condition. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice or packing slip and will only be granted to the purchaser whose name appears on the receipt. Equipment is not eligible to be returned if components are missing or damaged.
If I am located near AnyTrack, can I return my product in person?
AnyTrack does not accept walk-ins. AnyTrack requires all returned merchandise to be shipped to AnyTrack.
Once my unit is replaced, does my warranty start all over?
No, your warranty continues from the original date of purchase.
